General Motors is using a new first-party data map, but dealers can benefit from this too by observing OEM-level concepts and improving how they use their current data to help dealers form a collaboration with OEMs. Orbee CDP is meant to take the first-party data be it from CRM, website activity, website widgets and other forms of user data to create a unique ID that holds rich information that is targetable. Orbee makes it easy to map the customer journey and retarget with a more synchronized ID across all the group members’ domains.
