Buyers tend to opt out rather quickly with SMS marketing. Orbee has found ways to identify, alleviate that frustration and improve text message marketing First, SMS should not be the sole method of reaching customers in attempts to build a relationship, instead, it could be offered as a form of communication. This could reduce the opt-out by giving consumers that option. Secondly, the creation of loyalty programs will incentivize customers to return as well as for providing the identification for the salesperson to utilize.
