Buyers across the country are interested in larger electric vehicles. Options are improving, but the purchase experience has not. Companies like Tesla and Rivian are taking the industry by storm and OEMs have not mastered the experience of buying a car online. Dealerships, whose very survival is based on their relationships, utilize ADF responders missing the opportunity to build a connection with the customer. Moreover, dealerships also try to be a list of vehicles unlike Tesla and Rivian with only two models. Most OEM websites have a poorly guided experience with inventory feed images blurry fonts and 360 rotatable models of their vehicles.
