Features
- Browse external data sources in Data Studio. You can now explore records from connected external data sources with the same rich toolset used for native data — searchable, sortable tables, quick and advanced filters, saved views, and CSV export — plus a new read-only Properties page for reviewing field definitions and groupings. The Data menu has been reorganized so Datasets, External Data, and Native Data are now top-level sections with their own quick-access hover menus, and these areas are marked Beta while they roll out.
- Share Customer Journeys with a link. Journeys being created or edited can now be shared via a link that reopens the same journey state for the recipient.
- See journey usage at a glance. The Customer Journeys page now shows how many active journeys are in use against the account’s plan limit, pulled from live usage data instead of a rough on-page count.
- Copy a column header with one click. Data tables now offer a “copy to clipboard” action for column headers.
- More flexible test email recipients. When sending a test of an automated email, you can now type in any recipient email address instead of only choosing from a fixed list.
- Owned Search (SEO) added to Analytics. The Overview Analytics channel selector and scorecard now include Owned Search (SEO) as an option.
Performance
- Records pages (both native and external data) now load views and properties in parallel instead of sequentially, cutting initial load time roughly in half, and show an inline skeleton immediately instead of blanking the whole page while loading.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed full-screen panels (like the Data Studio takeover view) so their content no longer overflows or gets cut off at different window sizes.
- Fixed several navigation issues in the Data section, including a bug where opening External Data could break all sidebar navigation, incorrect visibility of the Data Syncs area, and Native Data tables failing to load on refresh.
- Removed the “not between” filter option from date and numeric filters in Data Studio and Records, since it wasn’t producing reliable results.
- Fixed relative date filters (e.g., “last 7 days”) not applying correctly in certain data views.
- Fixed dropdown selection fields so they close properly after adding a custom option in single-select mode.
- Fixed test email sending in automated emails to validate the recipient address up front, with an inline hint when it’s invalid.
- Fixed shared journey links so reopening a shared journey correctly rebuilds the journey view and preserves intentionally blank fields.
- Fixed journey usage stats occasionally failing to update correctly when switching between accounts.
- Fixed a “Copied to clipboard” message typo.
