Mid-to-large dealer groups step away from rigid per-store constraints. We transition your group into a centralized, predictable monthly enterprise fee managed as a single corporate brand fee — launch Orbee across your entire network without per-location billing shocks.
Phased ramp-up periods
Migrating your data and onboarding stores takes time. We offer progressive, phased ramp-ups so your investment scales gradually over the first few months of your agreement — perfectly aligned with your actual implementation timeline.
Transparent high-volume thresholds
Communication volumes are hard-baked into the licensing — no metered surprises. Generous baseline caps included: 500,000 delivered emails and 200,000 SMS messages per month, with crystal-clear pass-through overage rates if you exceed them.
Managed services with an “exit strategy”
Software licensing and human execution are separate line items. If you need our team to build campaigns and segment audiences, add the Managed Services module — and drop the service fee entirely once your internal team or agency is trained to manage the platform independently.
No onboarding fees, short commitments
No upfront setup, integration, or historical data labor fees. Instead, a 6-month initial term moving to month-to-month thereafter, with a 2-to-3-month pre-payment at contract execution that applies directly to your first billing cycles.
