OEMs are taking steps to help car buyers and automotive dealerships during the COVID-19 situation by offering special assistance offers such as best available pricing and payment plans.

Pacifica incentives - 0% financing for 60 months on 2020 model Chrysler Pacificas and deferred payments for 90 days on non-hybrid Pacifica models


Delayed first payments - Ford Credit will give customers who buy new vehicles the option to delay their first payment for 90 days


Genesis Cares Job Loss Protection - Up to 6 months of payments available to the buyer of any new Genesis model financed or leased at participating retailers only through Genesis Finance between March 14 and April 30, 2020. Payments are available for loss of job caused by COVID-19 through December 31, 2020. Restrictions apply and proof of job loss required. See dealer for details.

Up to 6 months of payment relief - Up to 6 months of payment relief

In 2009 we launched Hyundai Assurance to help protect owners who lost their jobs. In response to recent events, we’ve brought it back. So, we’re covering up to six months of payments for Hyundai owners who purchased or leased a Hyundai vehicle between March 14 and April 30, 2020 if they lose their job due to COVID-19 this year.

Deferred Payments On new vehicle purchases - 90 days deferred payments

Because we believe in making things better for our customers, we’re deferring payments for the first 90 days on select new Hyundai vehicles purchased March 14 through April 30.


Reassurance Program (Current Owners) - Nissan and NMAC Customer Service may offer payment extensions allowing retail and lease customers to defer their NMAC payment(s) based on each customer’s current situation.

Reassurance Program (Future Owners) - Special 90-Day Delayed Payment Option to well-qualified customers who purchase a select new Nissan financed with Special APR
