Cadence Weekly Update

Features

  • Email Marketing: new Suppressions center — a dedicated area with tabs for Global Unsubscribes, Group Unsubscribes, Bounces, Blocks, and Spam Reports, so teams can see and manage everyone who’s opted out or bounced from email campaigns in one place.
  • Email Marketing: automated report list gets pagination — the automated email reporting table now pages through results instead of loading everything at once, and a redundant “interaction details” section was removed to declutter the view.
  • Google Ads settings: guided connection flow — connecting a Google Ads account now walks users through a clearer verify/connect process, validates that the Customer ID is exactly 10 characters, and gives specific status messages (pending, connected, invalid ID, etc.) instead of a generic result.
  • Google Ads settings: prevents conflicting active accounts — only one Google Ads setting can be marked “Active” at a time; the toggle is disabled with an explanatory note if another one is already active.
  • New admin reporting management area — admins can now create, edit, and browse “Dynamic Reports” from a dedicated settings section.
  • Filters: “Include Nulls” option — users building data filters can now choose whether null/empty values should be included when using “is/is not” style conditions.
  • Property settings now show which property you’re editing — the settings page header displays the property’s ID and vendor name so users don’t lose track of context when managing multiple properties.
  • Sign-in page cleanup — public sign-up links were removed from the login page, and the Help link now points to the correct destination.
  • Data/Shoppers section renamed to “Data (Shoppers)” for clearer labeling in navigation.

Bug Fixes

  • Bulk merge-tag editing — bulk updates to email merge tags no longer silently fail; users now get clear success/failure notifications, and tag names are no longer forcibly lowercased/reformatted, preserving what was typed.
  • Subscription group creation — fixed a dropdown (select menu) that could visually disappear too early while creating a new email subscription group.
  • Account/dealership info screens in admin settings had error handling tightened up: fewer false error messages, safer handling of missing exec data, and success/failure notifications now consistently show after saving changes.
