Features
- Records got a major redesign. Contact and object record pages now use a folder-tab navigation, a collapsible associations sidebar, drag-to-reorder detail cards, and a condensed “key information” summary card with one-click email/phone actions.
- Saved and shareable views in Records. Users can save filtered views as named tabs, switch between them, drag to reorder the tabs, and open a temporary “Filtered View” tab (with save/delete prompts) without disturbing their main view.
- New filtering tools for Records, including quick filters on individual columns and a full advanced filter builder. That same advanced filter builder is now shared between Records and Data Studio, so filter behavior is consistent across both tools.
- More control over table columns: show, hide, and reorder columns, see column type icons, and sort directly from the column menu.
- Export to CSV directly from the Records table.
- “Start data set from here” lets users jump from a Records view straight into Data Studio, pre-loaded with that view’s data.
- Ctrl/Cmd-click on a record now opens it in a new browser tab.
- Journey Builder improvements (email marketing automation): copy and paste steps along with their connections, delete steps with a confirmation prompt, and clearer tooltips/labels throughout the builder.
- Audiences: List Members table upgraded to the new data table, with drag-to-reorder and resizable columns, and the table now stays pinned in view while scrolling long lists.
Performance
- Records pages now show a full loading skeleton on first load instead of a flash of empty cards, making the page feel like it’s loading rather than broken.
Bug Fixes
- Sidebar navigation fixed: menus no longer misfire or overlap when clicking around, mobile and desktop navigation behave consistently, and clicking a menu item now reliably navigates once instead of sometimes double-firing.
- Journey Builder reliability fixes: connections between steps no longer duplicate, edge/step data is preserved correctly when inserting new steps mid-flow, copy/paste places steps exactly where expected, and self-referencing connections are blocked to prevent broken flows.
- Records: fixed several instances of stale or inconsistent data appearing after switching records or objects.
- Records: fixed the column-options menu rendering behind table borders.
- Records: fixed incorrect column widths on first page load.
