Features

  • Redesigned Journey builder: Building and editing a journey now happens on one screen. A new header lets you rename the journey right where you work, and changes save when you close a panel, so there’s no separate Save button to remember.
  • Journey settings panel: A new settings sidebar groups the journey’s name, description, test (dry-run) mode, enrollment audience, and exit rules in one place.
  • Duplicate journeys: Copy an existing journey with one click to use it as a starting point for a new one.
  • Better email steps in Journeys: The email step has a cleaner layout with a live template preview. Senders and unsubscribe groups are now searchable, merge tags and tracking (UTM) parameters are checked as you type, and you can send a test email to specific audience members.
  • Email previews in the Journey audit log: See exactly which email went out to each contact, straight from the audit log.
  • Email performance reporting upgrades: You can export on-demand email performance tables to CSV. Subject lines link through to their campaign details, a new View action has been added, rates follow the configured decimal precision, and report dates show as real dates (e.g. “Aug 15, 2026”) instead of “2 months ago.”
  • Compare a filter against another column: Advanced Filters in Records and External Data Records can now compare one column against another (for example, “sale price is less than list price”), not only against a fixed value. These filters also carry over when you start a Data Studio data set from a list.
  • Easier calculated fields in Data Studio: A new Browse button opens the full list of available columns, functions, and keywords, grouped into clear sections, so you no longer need a hidden keyboard shortcut to find them.
  • Clearer drag-and-drop in Data Studio and Records: When you reorder columns, the row you’re dragging now dims and a line shows exactly where it will land.
  • Tidier ID columns in tables: Long IDs in data tables are shortened to a readable length and come with a one-click copy button.
  • Account-specific menu sections: Administrators can now make parts of the app visible only to specific dealer accounts, so each account sees only the tools that apply to it.

Performance

  • Faster audience selection in Journeys: Audience pickers now load results page by page and search on the server, so they stay quick even for accounts with very large numbers of audiences.

Bug Fixes

  • Email subject lines display correctly: The Subject Performance table no longer cuts subject lines down to their leading number (e.g. “3 Pre-Owned Picks…” showing as “3”), and no longer blanks out subjects that contain words like “maintenance” or “finance.”
  • CSV exports open cleanly in spreadsheets: Exported files now display special characters correctly in Excel and similar apps, and rates export as percentages.
  • Campaign details show the audience: The “To” field on individual campaign pages now shows the audience list name instead of ”—”.
  • Syndicated list scheduling clarified: Syndicated audience lists no longer offer a conflicting daily schedule of their own. They now refresh automatically whenever their parent list refreshes.
  • Journey reliability improvements: Saving and publishing are more dependable. Failed saves and publishes are now reported instead of silently appearing to succeed, unsaved changes are no longer lost when you navigate away, wait times are checked against the correct unit, and start and exit steps can only be connected in valid ways.
  • Journey name rules enforced consistently: Name length and allowed-character rules now apply the same way everywhere a journey can be named, including duplicated journeys.
  • Safer email previews: Email previews in the Journey audit log now open in a locked-down view, so content inside a stored email can’t affect your session.
  • Older Journey links still work: Bookmarks and links pointing to the previous journey create and edit pages now open the new builder.
