To begin the integration process, Orbee provides account information to Fullpath. Once Fullpath confirms that the account information has been connected, Orbee verifies the connection and implements custom segmentation.

Chat Widget Closed A shopper closes the Chat widget after viewing or interacting with it. Chat Contact Us Form Opened A shopper initiates contact by opening the 'Contact Us' form within the Chat widget. Chat Conversion (Contact Us Form Submitted) A shopper completes and submits the 'Contact Us' form, indicating interest or inquiry. Chat Confirm Availability Form Opened A shopper checks vehicle availability by opening the 'Confirm Availability' form. Chat Conversion (Availability Confirmed) A shopper confirms interest in a vehicle's availability by submitting the form. Chat Trade-In Form Opened A shopper begins the process of trading in a vehicle by opening the trade-in form. Chat Trade-In Form: Step #1 Completed A shopper completes the first step of the trade-in process by selecting their vehicle. Chat Trade-In Form: Step #2 Completed A shopper provides details about their vehicle in the second step of the trade-in process. Chat Trade-In Form: Step #3 Completed A shopper selects their vehicle's condition in the third step of the trade-in process. Chat Conversion (Trade-In Estimate) A shopper submits the trade-in form, completing the process for a vehicle trade-in estimate. Chat Test Drive Form Opened A shopper expresses interest in test driving a vehicle by opening the test drive form. Chat Conversion (Test Drive Confirmed) A shopper confirms a test drive appointment by submitting the test drive form. Chat Appointment Form Opened A shopper looks to schedule a dealership appointment by opening the appointment form.
